We will provide you with an extremely accurate detailed estimate for your home. This process includes 1 specifications meeting, a full comprehensive estimate, & 1 estimate review meeting, and 1 clarification meeting if you desire. Another focus during this phase is building trust in one another. For only $750 you get an accurate turn key price that includes the finishes YOU want! However there is no obligation to proceed after estimation. Our goal here is to treat you to  a world class experience!

This is the most exciting part!

Once we have agreed on the price of your new custom home, we go into a fixed cost contract.

At this point we have gained confidence and trust in each other and are ready to  move forward!

Now we get to work.

During this phase you will truly enjoy watching your dream come to reality!

We have a very hands on client portal that you will recieve weekly updated photos on as well as a seamless change order process.

Site meetings are aimed to be every 2 weeks, zoom is always an option as well.
